My artwork is abstract with organic forms. I often cut and reconstruct my work to form a new reality. I’ve used thread, glue, and most recently staples, to “stitch” together fragments to create new shapes and new roads to explore. In my recent work, I print encaustic monotypes and then cut them into fragments. The fragments are like puzzle pieces, that I fit together.
